Traditional Thai bodywork meets sports massage. Precise and personally tailored to your needs. Highly efficient and effective.
My clients and I work in collaboration for efficient pain reduction/cessation. It's common to have noticeable improvement after just one session, and most clients return regularly for continued results. The most profound and long-lasting changes occur when regular treatments are combined with consistent at-home practices. I provide personalized, targeted suggestions for home therapies that support and accelerate our work together.
I have been studying and practicing traditional Thai massage since 2008. In 2009 I moved to Portland and met my teacher, Naj (Nephyr) Jacobsen, director of the Naga Center, School of Traditional Thai Medicine and Massage. After two years of intensive study with her, I then went on to complete University of Western States' 750-hour massage program. The curriculum included college-level science classes, and emphasized Western-style techniques such as sports medicine massage and trigger point therapy. After receiving my Oregon LMT license at the end of 2011, I opened my private practice and returned to Thai bodywork practice and studies.
I have over 500 hours of Thai massage training, extensive anatomy and physiology knowledge, and a proven track record for treating chronic muscle pain, tightness, and mobility issues.
